I'd like to try in-water Tai Chi--that sounds wonderfully soothing!

You're right, I should definitely look into a shampoo formulated for swimmers. And I don't really mind my grays, as they're banding together into a rather fetching strand along one side--sort of a racing stripe. :-)

Well done to you both! We must have had wonder-twin powers activated as I started my regiem around the same time. It spawned the "Angry Liver" blog, which has been less blog amd more personal rant for me.

I was hitting the treadmills before during my stints in hotels and w/ Jane & Dewey- and using their gym as well. The best part of the routine? Yes, you guessed it, it was the swimming, whirlpool, and in-water Tai Chi.

Then came the treaded plateau. The weight loss stopped. I had to get something else going, and so came the trainer Pishtou, who has pushed me places that I would have never gone before.

I feel better, I sleep better, and I concentrate with what feels to be an enhanced clarity and accuity.

For me, though, the swimming is still the best part. I do think, however, that it is not quite fair that my grey hair is and enhancement while you feel yours detracts!

All kidding aside, when we were very little kids and living at the sub-division pool, we had to get some special shampoo from Regis (I think that is what the salon was called) and it was a specialist chlorine shampoo. I remember it doing lovely things with my locks. I am sure that by now something new and improved can be found!

As for the skin- I say the same for the pool as I do in the air: Moisture Surge!

Most of all, mon Bear, I am happy that you are happy. I am also so TRULY happy that you and Rachael have bonded on so many levels!
