>>>>岗位1:自媒体运营实习生

◆ 职责:体育自媒体内容运营。

◆ 要求:热爱新媒体,热爱体育;有新闻敏感性,有一定的新闻采写和策划能力;有基本的体育知识储备,体育项目涉猎广,至少有一项熟悉的体育项目;大三、大四在校生;英语读写能力强,能阅读外文网站,小语种尤佳;踏实肯干,有良好的团队协作和沟通能力,能与各部门人员密切合作,能承受较强的工作压力。工作周期6个月以上。

>>>>岗位2:国际足球运营实习生

◆ 职责:实时监控国际足坛动态、撰写并编辑发布原创内容;日常运营五大联赛、欧冠的APP推荐位及PC页面;比赛日完成对于五大联赛、欧冠、欧国联等赛事的赛事报道运营。

◆ 要求:有新闻敏感性,有一定的新闻采编和策划能力,掌握图文编辑的基础技巧;有基本的足球知识储备,对于五大联赛的各大豪门俱乐部有一定的了解;需要是在校生,有比较多的空余时间;英语读写能力强,能阅读外文网站,小语种尤佳;踏实肯干,有良好的团队协作和沟通能力,能承受较强的工作压力,适应夜班的工作时间。每周至少工作4天(包括夜班班次)。

◆ 要求:了解LPL、KPL、绝地求生等游戏和赛事,有采访和写稿经验为佳。北京高校学生优先,工作地点在北京知春路附近。每周有4天的工作时间,实习时间3个月以上为佳。

Nielsen Sports is responsible for driving the sports vertical of the Nielsen Entertainment structure. Nielsen Sports provides data, analytics and consultancy to its 1500+ clients around the world, focused on driving positive commercial outcomes for rights owners, brands, agencies and broadcasters.

 

Join the Nielsen Sports team to help develop the domestic sports practice in China and provide insights into the Chinese sports landscape for the wider global business. We are currently looking to hire a Head of Business Development, China to drive these objectives. The Business Development role collaborates with global management, product subject matter experts, client service teams and our clients.


>>>>岗位:Head of Business Development 

◆ 职责:Lead a high growth sales team. Responsible for owning and driving new business across the entire country/ region with a strategic sales vision to implement across team. Develop and mentor sales team to ensure they are best in class at prospecting and acquiring new business. Collaborate and partner with other sales leaders regionally and globally on sales go to market strategies, concerns and wins across the marketplace. Partner with broader Nielsen leaders to build multi-dimensional client relationships. Analyze and assess the needs of each prospective client and determine the best solution to present and any internal collaborations that can generate a more strategic opportunity. Be a thought leader in the industry, understand the key themes, issues, concerns and needs from client base and continue to generate strategies for Nielsen Sports. Responsible for team’s success in building robust pipeline and the ability to secure quota goals. Partner with global Finance, HR and Sales Operations to set annual budgets, quotas, opportunities and risk, and align team to relevant and tangible KPIs. Operate in a high paced organization with the ability to meet business objectives and goals.

◆ 要求:Bachelor’s Degree Required. Extensive experience in the sports sector. Network in the sports rights holder and brand sponsor sector. Must have a minimum of 10 years sales experience in high growth organizations. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a sales team. Ability to create strategic and innovative go to market strategies that support and substantiate global initiatives. Proven track record of the ability to meet and exceed quota expectations from both an individual and team perspective. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and develop a team. Understand the difference of micro-managing and the ability to support a team member to close a deal. Passion for winning. Key knowledge of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship industries; key concerns, highlights, areas of opportunity. Persuasive negotiation skills to ensure client needs are well balanced internally and externally. Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well with a diverse customer base and various internal teams. Native Chinese and fluent English.

◆ 要求:协助生产主管完成生产任务;根据生产进度追踪大货和样板进度并及时反馈汇报;根据生产产量,每月做出数据报表;有无经验均可,服装专业优先。
